Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) doesn't take a lot of time and combines two of the most fundamental aspects of health.

EWOT is simple: while you exercise, you take in high quality oxygen. This has been used by a wide range of people for help losing weight, recovering from stress, providing better oxygenation throughout the body, and to recover from a variety of issues with the body.


You don't need much, just a method for exercise, like a treadmill, exercise bike or cross trainer, and a source of oxygen. An oxygen concentrator is highly recommended over tanks as they are smaller, lighter, do not need to be refilled and can be used for longer periods of time safely.


This system allows you to fill a large reservoir (approximately 700 litres - 1000 litres) with oxygen and breathe it at your own pace. No losing oxygen if you breathe slower than your concentrator can flow, or not getting as much as you can if you breathe faster than the concentrator can flow. While exercising with oxygen at approximately 40 litres per minute, you are supersaturating the blood plasma and red blood cells. Oxygen is then carried to the capillaries and thus the deep tissues/organs. Every part of us must receive oxygen to heal, rebuild, fight invaders, and produce ATP (energy). The included mask makes it easy to take in high quality oxygen at your pace.



Also referred to as EWOT, Exercise with Oxygen Therapy is the act of breathing in higher concentrations of oxygen while exercising. Essentially, an oxygen concentrator is used to fill a 900-liter bag with oxygen, which is then attached to a high-flow mask. By wearing the mask during a workout, your body takes in four times more oxygen than it normally would.

So, why is this important?

Oxygen therapy delivers oxygen into the arteries, veins, and smallest capillaries that comprise over 74 percent of your body's circulatory system. The air we breathe is only comprised of 21% oxygen, so our bodies have to work hard to get the oxygen we need assuming our lungs and capillaries are working perfectly, and the quality of the air is pollution free.
