Delivery - How & When you get your order

Your order will normally be sent out using Royal Mail. This is to help keep delivery charges to a minimum. Please note that there is no tracking available with 1st or 2nd class mail. We aim to get all orders into the Royal Mail system by the next working day.

Should you prefer a special delivery or courier delivery service then please contact us to arrange, as it is only provided on request if it is not listed as one of the shipping options.

While the vast majority of orders we send do arrive the following day from dispatch, unfortunately Royal Mail don't manage it 100% of the time, so please allow for an extra day or two sometimes. Please contact us should you have any concerns.

For some orders it may be that the post delivery person cannot fit it through your mail opening. Please keep an eye out for any little red Royal Mail form advising you if this has been the case.  

Delivery Charges:

Delivery / Post charges will depend on the weight of the product(s) that you have chosen. It will be calculated and displayed when you view your basket, and before you proceed to checkout, so that get to see what it will be before confirming any order.

For UK addresses, there is Free delivery on orders over £40 total (product costs, not including their delivery charges), and a minimum delivery charge of £2.50 for orders under that.

For other EU countries (European Union members plus Switzerland) there is a minimum charge of £5.00 , to allow for the higher postage costs faced. This means that if the stated delivery charges for each item total under £5.00, then £5.00 will be charged for delivery. If the total delivery charges for all items total to above £5.00 then just that total amount will be charged. 

For the USA & Canada, we currently only offer delivery for a select few products, these being the UMF Manuka Honey range (the UMF 20+ and UMF 25+ jars, the ManukaCare UMF 18+, and the Apinate dressings). This is because the much higher postage costs faced make it impractical for many of the other products. The delivery costs to the USA & Canada for these available items will be displayed in your shopping cart so you can see them before checkout. 

We currently are unable to offer delivery to other countries. 

Please note: All our prices for the products and delivery charges are in GBP - pounds, which will be converted by your card company into your local currency at their prevailing rate of exchange if you are not using a UK based card for payment.
